  • Practice the footwork sequence
  • Practice the turn drills
  • Practice spin drills


Spin Drills

  • Stay on the balls of your feet.
  • Keep everything *tight* (butt, thighs, core). Move your body as one piece.
  • Keep your posture straight during the spins.
  • Momentum comes from: Your feet, your arms, your spot.
